Collaborative work environment. **MINERA MH S.A.C.**, a company engaged in mineral exploitation and processing, requires an ACCOUNTING ANALYST to work at its production site located in the district of Chala, Caravelí, Arequipa. **Position Profile:** * Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting. * Minimum 3 years of specific experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of IFRS (MANDATORY) * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software. (MANDATORY) * Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Taxation (MANDATORY) * Knowledge of PDB management (MANDATORY) * Knowledge of Mining Costs (Preferred) * Knowledge of Mining Taxation * Knowledge of ERP systems * Analytical capability Employment Conditions: * Atypical employment regime of 20 days on / 10 days off * 100% coverage of meals and accommodation * Positive work environment.
