Job Summary: This role involves developing and implementing quality management tools, supervising projects, preparing technical reports, and verifying compliance with standards at the mine. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of quality management tools and indicators. 2. Supervision and monitoring of project execution at the mine. 3. Preparation of technical reports and compliance with standards. * Development of quality management tools and indicators within the organization. * Supports the Resident Engineer in the design, implementation, and monitoring of project execution, verifying compliance with design requirements and standards. * Prepares technical reports on test and sampling results. * Verifies implementation of corrective actions and records observations when non-conformities arise relative to design specifications. * Complies with organizational quality standards and procedures. * Maintains equipment and workplace order, reporting any anomalies. * Prepares periodic reports on activities performed. * Verifies use of materials meeting technical specifications for assigned tasks. * Organizes and executes activity execution control activities. * Daily operations and production for the month, according to client-specified production requirements and information. * Periodic informational meetings with staff regarding quality of executed work. * Supervises daily activity execution through daily and continuous site presence, including appropriate sampling and field testing, in accordance with monthly work plans. * Coordinates regularly with the client on daily progress (daily submission of Production Reports) and new requirements. * Mining experience required.
