We are looking for a **MANAGER** responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily operations of the RestoBar, ensuring efficient operation, excellent customer service, and achievement of the establishment's business, financial, and quality objectives. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Administration, Gastronomy, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in similar positions within restaurants, bars, or related industries. **Knowledge:** * Management systems * Personnel management * Cost control, inventory, waste control * Sanitation and hygiene standards * Customer service **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and team management * Problem-solving * Working under pressure * Proactivity and decision-making * Effective communication * Organization and planning **Tools:** Proficiency in Excel and basic social media management. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Full-time, opportunity for rotating or flexible shifts (from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM). * **Location:** Kala's RestoBar, Av. Tacna y Arica No. 110 - Cercado * **Salary:** S/. 1700 - S/.1800 initially - negotiable based on experience + performance-based incentives.
