Job Summary: Support the implementation of Safety, Health, and Environmental programs, including review, verification, investigation, and report generation. Key Highlights: 1. Support for Safety, Health, and Environmental programs. 2. Accident investigation and follow-up of action plans. 3. Generation of safety management and training reports. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Support compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environmental programs. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the review of compliance with the annual occupational safety and health program. * Support the review of the safety procedure framework for work activities within the area. * Support the HSECQ Supervisor in verifying the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for personnel and equipment protection (technical specifications and quality certifications). * Support accident investigations using the established methodology. * Support follow-up of action plans arising from incident investigations. * Generate safety management and area training reports. * Report progress and compliance of the program to the Health Service. * Ensure induction and training for all personnel. * Execute tasks delegated by the Area Manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Availability to work at the Arequipa Office. * Preferably 3 months of experience in related roles or within an industrial company. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Knowledge of laws, decrees, and regulations related to Occupational Safety and Health. * Minimum of 20 hours of training or specialized studies in occupational health and environmental topics.
