Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support professional to provide technical-operational support to customers, ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards. Continuous learning and development opportunities We are looking for a Technical Support professional to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support and executing customer-required tasks, assuming technical-operational and safety responsibility for all performed work; ensuring adherence to the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental management system guidelines. What You Will Do Follow and enforce the company's safety procedures. Execute the weekly technical support program for your assigned area and/or line. Conduct technical support visits to customers as required. Review and execute assigned tickets within the TS HUB platform. Approve and issue warranty reports and/or failure analysis reports generated. Conduct site visits to Metso customers' facilities. Perform liner scanning of crushers and mills using equipment assigned by Metso (this task applies only if your assigned line is Consumables). Process point clouds from performed scans, if required. Approve, issue, and maintain records of important work reports. Meet and monitor compliance with safety KPIs, PDD, and other KPIs assigned by the company. Maintain constant communication with all team members, TS management, SAMs, TSS, and other departments. Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor in accordance with your role. Who We Are Looking For University degree; certified or graduating Engineer in Industrial Engineering or related fields Minimum four (4) years of professional experience performing similar functions in mill wear applications. Knowledge of wear components for ball and SAG mills. Knowledge of trommel screens. Knowledge of metallic, polymet, and rubber mill liners. Knowledge of deflectors. Knowledge of predictive techniques such as UT (ultrasonic testing), penetrant testing, etc. Knowledge of root cause analysis for mill liner failures. Knowledge of mill liner inspection and installation. Knowledge of FARO equipment usage. Knowledge of mill liner design. Willingness to undertake frequent travel is essential.
