Opportunity for professional growth A mining-sector company is seeking an **SSOMA Assistant** to support the SSOMA Supervisor at a Mineral Processing Plant located in **Chala, Arequipa**. Responsibilities * Support the implementation and monitoring of the SSOMA Management System. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation (IPERC, ATS, PETS, records, and inspections). * Participate in on-site safety inspections. * Support staff inductions and training. * Verify proper use of PPE. * Follow up on identified observations and corrective actions. * Prepare area reports and indicators. * Provide ongoing support to the SSOMA Supervisor. Requirements * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in SSOMA, preferably in mineral processing plants. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of IPERC, ATS, and Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Availability to work under a **2x1 shift schedule** in Chala, Arequipa.
