Summary: This role involves configuring and customizing Vault CRM, building high-quality, tested functionality, and participating in the full development lifecycle within an India delivery pod. Highlights: 1. Configure and customize Vault CRM based on technical design 2. Develop Vault Java SDK code and VQL queries for integrations 3. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies **Position Summary** -------------------- Configure and customize Vault CRM to deliver the agreed technical design. Build high\-quality, tested, and documented functionality on the Vault Platform as part of the India delivery pod under the guidance of the Vault CRM Technical Lead. **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ - Configure Vault CRM objects, fields, lifecycles, workflows, page layouts, picklists, and security - Develop Vault Java SDK code: record triggers, user\-defined classes, actions, user\-defined services, HTTP callouts - Write VQL queries and use Vault REST APIs for integrations and data operations - Implement Vault CRM features: MyInsights dashboards, CLM binders/presentations, Approved Email templates, Events configuration - Build and maintain unit tests per Vault Java SDK testing framework - Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint ceremonies - Document configuration and custom code - Support defect triage, fix, and re\-testing during SIT, UAT, and validation phases - Deploy changes across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production using Vault Package Deployment **Education** ------------- Bachelor of Engineering Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer**Work Experience** ------------------- 0\-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation \& Technology **Behavioural Competencies** ---------------------------- Teamwork \& Leadership Motivation to Learn and Grow Ownership Cultural Fit**Technical Competencies** -------------------------- Problem Solving Lifescience Knowledge Communication Capability Building / Thought Leadership**Skills** ----------
