**Position:** Junior Clothing Designer **Position Description:** We are looking for a creative, organized, and fashion-passionate Junior Clothing Designer to support the development of collections aligned with the brand’s identity. The candidate will participate in the creative process, from trend research to garment development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support trend research, references, and mood boards. * Collaborate in the design and development of collections. * Prepare technical specifications and track sample progress. * Support fabric, color, and trim selection. * Coordinate with workshops and suppliers under supervision. * Maintain organized archives, designs, and creative materials. * Assist in fittings and basic adjustments. **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop. * Knowledge of garment construction processes and materials. * Familiarity with printing, embroidery, washing, and application techniques. * Interest in fashion trends and the fashion market. * Proactivity, organization, and eagerness to learn. **We Offer:** * Continuous learning. * Positive work environment and creative space. * Opportunity for growth within the brand. * Compensation commensurate with profile.
