Job Summary: This role involves receiving, reviewing, and registering payment requirements, downloading payment receipts, and forwarding them to applicants, along with maintaining payment records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive and review payment requirements and supporting documentation. 2. Maintain control and registration of payment requirements. 3. Handle payment receipts and coordinate with accounting. **CORE FUNCTION** Reception, review, and registration of payment requirements in the database, as well as downloading payment confirmation documents and forwarding them to applicants. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** 1. Receive payment requirements and verify that the attached documentation supports the payment. 2. Download payment confirmation documents and attach them to the corresponding payment requirements. 3. Forward payment confirmation documents to various departments via email. 4. Maintain control over payment requirements by registering each requirement in the payment requirements database. 5. Separate payment vouchers attached to the requirements and deliver them to the Accounting Department. 6. Archive payment requirements. 7. Monitor rental payments. 8. Report any incidents to the immediate supervisor. 9. Perform other duties inherent to the position as instructed by the immediate supervisor. **KNOWLEDGE** * Proficiency in PC usage and the Windows operating system. * Knowledge of accounting management and SUNAT regulations. * Knowledge of banking operations. * Familiarity with telebanking, net cash, and tele credit systems. * Knowledge of accounting software.
