Supervise conventional and mechanized operations *The MAXPALA Mining Unit (Caylloma\-Arequipa)* is an underground mining operation dedicated to extracting polymetallic minerals—primarily gold, silver, lead, and copper—conducted under standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. **Requirements:** ✔ Certified and licensed Mining Engineer or certified Shift Supervisor with proven experience. ✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in underground mining. ✔ Experience supervising conventional and mechanized operations. ✔ Knowledge of mining planning, operational geomechanics, and cost control. ✔ Familiarity with current mining regulations (Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM). ✔ SUCAMEC authorization for explosives handling is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Supervise and direct mining operations during the shift. ✔ Assign tasks to personnel according to the production schedule. ✔ Monitor progress of drilling, ground support, mucking, and extraction. ✔ Supervise loading and blasting activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures. ✔ Lead safety management during the shift and ensure adherence to IPERCs (Identification of Hazards and Risk Assessment). ✔ Prepare shift reports on production, explosives consumption, and incidents. ✔ Coordinate with various departments to meet operational targets. **Benefits:** * 14-day on\/7-day off work schedule * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * Transportation from Arequipa to the Mining Unit and return * Meals and accommodation provided * Professional development opportunities * Excellent working environment * Ongoing training **Remuneration:** \- S/4,500 * **Send documented CV \+ Adult Certificate to:** conectandotalentoscv@gmail.com * **Contact:** 928 321 306 Salary: S/.4,499\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
