Job Summary: We are seeking a Technician or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields with experience in heavy equipment maintenance to supervise and plan tasks. Excellent work environment *The MAXPALA Mining Unit* is an underground mining operation dedicated to the extraction of polymetallic minerals, primarily gold, silver, lead, and copper, conducting its activities under safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility standards. **Requirements:** ✅ Technician or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related fields. ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance in mining. ✅ Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for heavy equipment (Jumbo, Scooptram, haul trucks, and auxiliary equipment). ✅ Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. ✅ Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings. ✅ Inventory management of spare parts and tools. ✅ Familiarity with maintenance management software is desirable. ✅ Availability to work under the mining labor regime. **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Plan and coordinate the preventive and corrective maintenance program for equipment. ✅ Supervise maintenance personnel’s work. ✅ Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and propose corrective actions. ✅ Coordinate equipment availability with operational departments. ✅ Manage procurement and supply of spare parts, tools, and consumables. ✅ Maintain and update equipment maintenance histories. ✅ Prepare mechanical availability reports and records of interventions performed. ✅ Supervise compliance with safety procedures during maintenance activities. **Benefits:** ✅ Formal employment registration. ✅ Mining labor regime. ✅ Meals and accommodation. ✅ Professional development opportunity. ✅ Continuous training. ✅ Excellent work environment. **Compensation:** \- Salary: S/130 \- Bonus: S/200 * **Send documented CV \+ Certificate of Adulthood to:** conectandotalentoscv@gmail.com * **Contact:** 928 321 306 Workplace: On-site employment
