Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Operator to plan, supervise, and coordinate transport routes, manage incidents, and ensure efficient deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive management of on-route incidents and customer coordination We are a logistics and asset distribution company with over 10 years of experience, currently seeking a Distribution Operator for our warehouse in Huachipa. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education or university studies from the 7th semester onward. * Minimum 6 months of experience working in transportation operations. * Valid driver's license. (Desirable) * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel proficiency. * Leadership, organizational, effective communication, and decision-making skills. * Residence in districts near Huachipa. **Responsibilities:** * **Plan transport routes ensuring cost and time efficiency:** Optimize distribution-related usage and consumption, such as tolls \-fuel. * **Assign vehicles and drivers according to requirements:** Authorize truck dispatches based on cargo volume. * **Supervise departure and arrival schedule compliance:** Monitor work teams to verify that assigned tasks have started and been completed within the expected timeframe. * **Schedule deliveries and pickups:** Design and assign daily distribution routes considering cargo capacity and delivery priorities. * **Incident Management:** Proactively resolve on-route issues (delays and rejections) with carriers and customer service. * **Internal Coordination:** Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure dispatch occurs according to the established schedule. * **Customer Coordination:** Communicate to confirm delivery dates, locations, and time windows. * **Quotation Submission and Payment Validation:** Prepare quotations for our customers and verify deposits. **Benefits:** **MYPE Regime** Payments: 50% biweekly / 50% monthly SCTR 50% bonus per 6 months 15 days of vacation per year CTS Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have immediate availability?
