




PROFILE: * Professional or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical or related fields. * Minimum work experience of 1 to 2 years in related positions or in Facility Management services for office management. * Supplier negotiation. * Intermediate level Excel skills. * Personnel management, team leadership. * Soft skills, communication at all levels. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide administrative and/or technical support for the processes of each assigned service and/or project. * Coordinate with maintenance planner(s). * Plan, direct, and supervise technicians and/or assigned suppliers. * Review the effective handling of operational management and safety documents (HSE). * Maintain clear and constant communication with all organizational levels to ensure objectives and tasks are effectively achieved. * Supervise that workers under their charge properly use safety tools and personal protective equipment. * Comply with internal occupational health and safety regulations.
