The company NAVIA is looking for a **3D Modeler** residing in the city of **Arequipa.** **Minimum Requirements** Education: Technical degree or bachelor's in architecture, design, engineering, or related fields. Experience: At least 1 year in 3D modeling or having a demonstrable portfolio. **Software:** · AutoCAD (intermediate/advanced level). · 3ds Max (intermediate/advanced level). · Knowledge of rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, or others). · Basic knowledge in post-production using Photoshop (desirable). · Ability to interpret technical drawings and apply them into accurate 3D models. **Main Responsibilities** · 3D modeling of architectural projects, technical components, and furniture based on AutoCAD drawings. · Development of basic renders and virtual walkthroughs in 3ds Max. · Optimization of scenes and models for presentations and documentation. · Application of materials, textures, and lighting to enhance project visualization. · File conversion and compatibility across different formats (DWG, FBX, OBJ, etc.). · Collaboration with architects, engineers, and designers in project development. **Personal Competencies** · Attention to detail and precision in measurements. · Organization and time management. · Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. · Creativity in project presentation. · Proactivity and willingness to learn new technologies (VR/AR, BIM, etc.) Work Mode: On-site Location: Cerro Colorado, Arequipa Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
