Position Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst to coordinate and conduct audits in toll collection and weighing control processes, ensuring compliance with procedures and operational reliability. Review of settlements and follow-up of refund transactions DATA ANALYST \- OPERATIONAL CONTROL Must be available to work onsite in the city of Moquegua. Job Description: A highway infrastructure concessionaire seeks a Data Analyst (auditor) to coordinate and conduct audits in toll collection and weighing control processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the reliability of operational information. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate adherence to the Audit Department's procedures. Prepare reports on vehicle traffic flows, tariff collections, and detected anomalies. Review shift settlements at toll plazas and track debit refunds. Report findings and anomalies to immediate supervisors. Prepare audit reports for weight and measurement control. Report KPIs to the Administrative Management and General Management. Support administrative tasks related to the department. Comply with internal rules, policies, and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in highway concessions. Knowledge of auditing processes and regulations. Specialization in auditing is desirable. Cash handling and revenue collection experience. Intermediate-level Office skills and toll software proficiency. Competencies: Judgment and decision-making. Results orientation. Effective communication and customer service. Ability to review and analyze information. Proficiency in sampling tools. Proactivity and teamwork. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes lunch break); Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
