We seek qualified professionals to serve as specialized advisors and writers for undergraduate theses, graduate theses, and scientific articles across diverse fields of knowledge. This position requires academic excellence, methodological proficiency, and the ability to guide high-quality research processes.
**REQUIRED SPECIALIZATION AREAS**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Advise on conceptualization and design of research projects
* Guide selection and application of appropriate research methodologies
* Review and improve the structure and argumentative coherence of academic documents
* Write and edit theses, scientific articles, and conference papers
* Conduct comprehensive and up-to-date bibliographic searches
* Advise on analysis and interpretation of results (qualitative and quantitative)
* Ensure compliance with scientific writing standards (APA, Vancouver, ISO, IEEE, etc.)
* Guide publication processes in indexed journals
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**
**Academic Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree or professional university degree (minimum requirement)
* Master's or Doctoral degree (highly valued)
* Specialization or diploma in Research Methodology or Data Analysis
**Experience:**
* Minimum 1 year of experience in academic research
* Demonstrable experience advising theses (minimum 5 completed theses, either individually or through an organization)
* Publications in indexed scientific journals (desirable)
**Technical Competencies:**
* Advanced proficiency in research methodology (qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods)
* Knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, R, STATA, Atlas.ti, NVivo, depending on field)
* Expert use of reference management tools (Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote)
* Familiarity with scientific databases (Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, and/or SciELO)
* Proficiency in citation and scientific writing standards

* **Modality**: Remote / Hybrid / In-person (based on location)
* **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM
