We are currently seeking an experienced warehouse clerk to join our team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Full control of the central warehouse. * Receive goods from suppliers, verifying their condition and quantities against purchase requirements. * Record product, supply, and asset receipts, transfers, and shipments in the ERP system. * Conduct weekly cycle counts of products and supplies under your responsibility—twice per week. * Verify correct dispatch of units. * Maintain up-to-date recordkeeping and reporting systems for incoming goods (suppliers and imports) entering the warehouse—including quantity, specifications, and other relevant details—as well as outgoing goods. * Supervise classification and organization of merchandise within the warehouse. * Monitor product rotation and expiration dates. * Train staff on all warehouse operational processes: receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, dispatch, and inventory control. * Review and record daily returns of goods to your warehouse. * Apply storage techniques to optimize space utilization and product accessibility. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential for this position. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or Logistics * Minimum two years’ experience in this role or similar positions * Emotional intelligence * Effective communication skills * Teamwork orientation * Adaptability to change * Knowledge of bakery, pastry, and confectionery supplies * Food hygiene and safety standards (GMP) * Warehouse performance indicators At Inalta, we value our employees and seek individuals committed to their work and eager to grow professionally.
