Empresa Turismo Internacional Palomino, a leading company in personnel transport, cargo, and interprovincial services, is currently seeking top talent to fill the following vacancy: AGENCY ADMINISTRATOR / AREQUIPA REQUIREMENTS: \- Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering. \- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing companies, including at least 2 years in the transportation sector. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Supervise and evaluate the operational performance of assigned staff. \- Execute special requests for customer service (such as contracting vehicles if necessary, equipment, pallets). \- Close sales payroll in the systems. \- Develop plans, programs, and projects required for company development. \- Analyze information to identify problems, understand environmental changes, and make sound decisions using appropriate communication channels. \- Deposit daily cash collections from sales into the bank (Frequency: Daily). \- Administer, record, and settle expenses incurred at agencies, then register them in the system. \- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and vacation schedules of assigned personnel. \- Promote and supervise proper customer service, prioritizing the company's image. \- Handle customer complaints, claims, and/or suggestions, conducting appropriate investigations to provide solutions that improve negotiation outcomes and prevent legal issues. \- Manage and request replacement of toll passes issued at the agency (including issuing internal receipts for tolls, consolidating data in MS Excel or email, sending emails to operations, and submitting physical vouchers for treasury remittance). \- Ensure the agency maintains all documentation required by local governments, central government, and other regulatory bodies, with proper document filing. \- Prepare reports and documents as needed to communicate relevant information. \- Verify vehicle locations, arrival times, and departure times from the assigned agency according to route sheets. \- Supervise cargo loading and unloading, as well as the delivery and receipt of shipments. \- Submit daily sales reports to the Inspection Department. \- Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
