The intern will have the opportunity to work alongside a professional team and actively participate in the company’s marketing and design campaigns. **Requirements:** * University student majoring in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (practicum agreement mandatory). * Proficiency in design and editing software, including: * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or other video editing software * Basic knowledge of video recording and editing. * Interest in the real estate sector. * Creativity, responsibility, and willingness to learn. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in creating graphic assets for social media and advertising campaigns. * Edit promotional videos. * Assist in audiovisual content recording. * Participate in digital marketing campaigns. * Provide general support to the design and marketing department.
