Job Summary: MAXPALA, an underground mining operation, seeks personnel to support the installation of ground support systems and assist in shoring assembly, working under safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in mine ground support systems. 2. Active participation in preparing the work area. 3. Tool maintenance and safety compliance. *The MAXPALA Mining Unit* is an underground mining operation dedicated to extracting polymetallic minerals—primarily gold, silver, lead, and copper—carrying out its activities under safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility standards. **Requirements:** ✅ Completed secondary education. ✅ Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in underground mining. ✅ Knowledge of manual tools (wrenches, hammers, saws, etc.). ✅ Basic knowledge of mining timber types and metal profiles. ✅ Knowledge of load-lifting techniques and ergonomics. ✅ Availability to work under a mining work regime. **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Assist the Shoring Master in installing ground support systems. ✅ Transport metallic components, timber, blocks, wedges, and other materials to the worksite. ✅ Assist in assembling and erecting shoring and ground support structures. ✅ Hold and position metallic elements during installation. ✅ Cut and prepare timber elements according to job requirements. ✅ Participate in rock scaling and work area preparation activities. ✅ Maintain assigned tools and equipment in good condition. ✅ Comply with established Occupational Health and Safety procedures. **Benefits:** * 14x7 work schedule * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * Transportation from Arequipa to the Mining Unit and return * Meals and accommodation provided * Professional development opportunities * Excellent working environment * Ongoing training **Remuneration:** \- Salary: S/100 \- Bonus: S/200 * **Send documented CV \+ Adult Certificate to:** conectandotalentoscv@gmail.com * **Contact:** 928 321 306 Workplace: On-site employment
