Continuous training *The MAXPALA Mining Unit* is an underground mining operation dedicated to extracting polymetallic minerals, primarily gold, silver, lead, and copper, conducting its activities under standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. **Requirements:** ✅ Completed secondary education. ✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in underground mining. ✅ Basic knowledge of types of explosives and blasting accessories. ✅ Knowledge of safety regulations for transporting hazardous materials. ✅ Proficiency in using hand tools. ✅ Basic knowledge of rock scaling. ✅ Availability to work under the mining work regime. **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Provide operational support to the Loader/Blaster Master during loading and blasting activities. ✅ Transport explosives and accessories from the magazine to the working face, complying with safety procedures. ✅ Assist in preparing materials and tools required for the blasting process. ✅ Maintain a clean and obstacle-free work area. ✅ Monitor and control access points during blasting operations. ✅ Assist in counting and controlling materials withdrawn from and returned to the magazine. ✅ Strictly comply with safety procedures related to explosives. ✅ Report any substandard condition or act identified during operations. **Benefits:** * 14x7 work schedule * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * Transportation from Arequipa to the Mining Unit and return * Meals and accommodation provided * Professional development opportunity * Excellent work environment * Continuous training **Compensation:** \- Salary: S/100 \- Bonus: S/200 * **Send documented CV \+ Adult Certificate to:** conectandotalentoscv@gmail.com * **Contact:** 928 321 306 Workplace: On-site employment
