Job Summary: We are seeking a leaching operator for gold minerals, responsible for controlling parameters, inspecting equipment, taking samples, and ensuring safety. Key Highlights: 1. Strong commitment to safety and teamwork **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor the gold mineral leaching process. * Control operational parameters such as pH, density, flow rate, and reagent dosage. * Perform routine inspections of tanks, pumps, pipelines, and associated equipment. * Collect samples for metallurgical analysis according to established procedures. * Record operational data and report deviations or failures. * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements:** * Minimum completed secondary education; technical studies in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Industrial Chemistry, or related fields are preferred. * Minimum 3 months to 1 year of experience in gold mineral processing plants, preferably in leaching, CIP, or CIL areas. * Basic knowledge of metallurgical processes and handling of reagents used in leaching. * Knowledge of industrial safety standards and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Availability to work under the mining work regime of 20x10 and rotating shifts. * Ability to work in a team and follow operational procedures. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and discipline. * Attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Commitment to safety. * Effective communication.
