Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Indefinite) **What are we looking for?** **Responsibilities** * Participate in designing the Management Model, Unique Protocol, and Unique Support framework, and pilot its implementation in branches. * Conduct fieldwork across the retail network to ensure implementation of a Unique Experience Model tailored to BBVA’s reality, both in Lima and the provinces. * Identify improvement opportunities to standardize/homologate the work of commercial and operational teams, thereby enhancing customer service. * Organize working meetings with the assigned team of Executives for territory-level implementation and closely supervise their performance. * Promote the use and exploitation of tools to leverage proactive sales and strengthen engagement in reactive sales. * Develop simple incentive schemes to motivate staff toward achieving the bank’s business objectives within a favorable working environment. * Follow the implementation plan to ensure timely learning of the three pillars of the Unique Experience Model across all BMIN branches. * Monitor execution of the implementation plan within your territory—both for the deployment team under your supervision and for branch team assimilation. * Understand and explain the certification framework and KPIs that ensure continuous measurement of the model and recognition of achievements. * Prepare branches for model certification and conduct regular training visits to ensure certification of all branches in your territory. * Channel improvements related to Unique Support between branches and headquarters—and vice versa. * Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, or Graphic Design. * One year of experience in areas related to User Experience. * Experience in designing and/or creating franchise models. * Proficiency in AI. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
