P **HORECA EXECUTIVE \| AREQUIPA SALES ROOM** Code: EJHOR\-AQP Location: Arequipa Reports to: Provincial Multi-Category Sales Manager Requirements: * Completed university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Proficiency in commercial KPIs and systems. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (preferred). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Valid Class A1 driver's license (mandatory). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify, propose, and implement value-added solutions and activities for customers to support their growth and development, while promoting our multi-category portfolio, consumption occasions, and commercial results. * Support and advise customers according to their needs to build trust-based relationships; proposing mutually beneficial commercial actions. * Monitor and ensure achievement of annual sales targets and market share goals, diligently managing assigned activities, resources, plans, and team members. * Manage and execute core business fundamentals, grounded in excellence at every point of sale—guided by the “Success Snapshot” and strategic portfolio development across diverse consumption occasions. * Identify, negotiate, and manage the need, requirements, and installation of refrigeration equipment and company assets to generate profitability. * Identify, pursue, and propose onboarding of new customers aligned with the specific channel. * Develop the multi-category portfolio.
