We are currently seeking a **Head of Safety** to join our team. Requirements: * Qualified, licensed, and registered Mining Engineer. * Minimum of **3 years of experience as Head of Safety** in mining operations. * Experience in **conventional and/or mechanized mining**. * Experience in underground mining operations. * Knowledge of mining Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Leadership ability and preventive risk management capability. * Willingness to work at a mining unit. Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise Occupational Health and Safety management at the mining unit. * Supervise compliance with standards, procedures, and applicable regulations. * Conduct inspections, audits, and monitoring of safety conditions. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures. * Coordinate and deliver safety training for personnel. * Prepare and monitor safety reports and indicators. * Promote a culture of prevention and safety in operations.
