**a)** Plan, organize, lead and control the strategic processes known as marketing management and sales management processes, as well as supervise the mission-oriented processes of Club and recreation management, convention management, and food and beverage management, aimed at achieving institutional strategic objectives. **b)** Formulate and supervise strategies related to the experience provided to the customer and/or user, through attention to their reception, accommodation, restaurant services, leisure and recreation under optimal comfort conditions. **c)** Formulate and present strategic sales and marketing plans to the General Management and subsequently to the Board for approval. **d)** Supervise and coordinate the development of implementation, operation, preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure optimal information security for all technological resources of CLUB MEJIA; manage document processing, as well as safeguard and preserve the documentary collection. **e)** Direct preventive and corrective maintenance activities, emergency response, repairs, conditioning and manufacturing of necessary items for the operation of CLUB MEJIA. **f)** Monitor, evaluate and track progress toward goals established in operational plans, reporting results and recommended actions to General Management. **g)** Identify and reduce risks associated with hazards or minimize their effects, prevent the creation of new risks, and prepare for and respond to disaster situations by establishing principles, policy guidelines, components, processes and tools for Disaster Risk Management. **h)** Plan, organize and manage cost activities across the various processes of CLUB MEJIA. **i)** Participate in the development of the Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI), Institutional Operational Plan (POI), Annual Budget Proposal, Annual Procurement Plan (PAC), management documents, and other related documents as required by current regulations. **j)** Perform other functions inherent to the position's responsibilities and any additional duties assigned according to applicable regulations and/or General Management.
