On behalf of our client, a mining sector company, we are looking for a **Crushing Operator** to join their team at the mining unit. **Responsibilities**: * Operate primary and secondary crushing equipment and components, ensuring continuous mineral transport through preventive maintenance and machinery performance evaluation. * Perform adjustments and maintenance on crushers to ensure optimal operation. * Hand over equipment in good working condition and report any incidents to the next shift to ensure process continuity. * Supervise proper equipment performance and prevent process failures. * Adhere to established operational parameters (load, lubrication, granulometry, among others). * Inspect the condition of main components and identify required spare parts (liners, jaws, shafts, etc.) to schedule timely replacements. * Monitor the process during circuit operation, preventing mineral spills and hazardous situations. * Evaluate mineral type (moisture, hardness, and other characteristics) to prevent blockages in the secondary crusher. * Monitor operational indicators (standards and parameters) to maintain circuit efficiency. * Comply with safety and environmental guidelines established by SSOMA. **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education and/or technical training in Mechanical or Metallurgical fields. * Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Basic knowledge in operations, mechanics, maintenance, and mineral processing (desirable). **Benefits**: * Payroll inclusion with all statutory benefits. * Company-covered meals and accommodation. * 80% EPS health insurance.
