Position Summary: We are seeking a Customs Clearance Assistant to manage documentary operations and cargo tracking in foreign trade. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Customs Clearance Assistant** for our Callao office. REQUIREMENTS: * Completion of a Customs Clearance Assistant course, up-to-date, valid, and approved by SUNAT (Desirable) * Studies in International Business or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Proficiency in SINTAD at user level * Computer skills: Word, Excel, etc., at user level FUNCTIONS: * Operational documentary knowledge: for physical customs clearance, SENASA inspection management, payment processing related to cargo release, reporting, and other duties inherent to the role. * Knowledge of operational processes, handling, and tracking of applications (extranet) for Maritime and Air Temporary Deposits, Port Terminals, and Customs Deposits in general. * Knowledge of warehouses for cargo release, generation of mobilization requests, RF authorization, Pre-approvals, release permits or authorizations, transshipment, etc. * Coordination and operational tracking of Customs Clearance Assistants (customs agents) regarding physical customs clearance, SENASA sanitary inspections, cargo releases, and other related activities. * Knowledge of electronic waybill (GRE) issuance in SUNAT and SINTAD modules, contingency waybills, and other operation-specific documentation. * Other duties assigned by the team leader.
