




We are ENAEX, a subsidiary of the Sigdo Koppers group, with over 100 years of experience in the explosives market and the leading global producer of low-density Ammonium Nitrate, as well as the most important provider of comprehensive rock fragmentation services for mining in Chile and Latin America. Currently, we are looking for: Transport and Distribution Assistant **Functions:** * Establishes the objectives, stages, and resources necessary to carry out the project within their area, leading the company's strategic project portfolio to ensure alignment with corporate goals and maximize impact on key business areas. * Evaluates projects technically, economically, and strategically, prioritizing innovation and transformation initiatives to contribute to efficient resource allocation and ensure execution of those with the highest strategic value. * Defines and implements project, program, and portfolio management methodologies that standardize practices, increase efficiency, and strengthen governance across the organization, maintaining a focus on minimizing project execution times and costs. * Conduct periodic meetings with transportation companies to review various topics related to safety and efficiency in the distribution chain. * Carry out supervision visits to mining units to verify internal and external customer satisfaction and compliance with standards within the mining units. * Coordinate periodic meetings with internal and external customers to follow up on claim resolution, service improvements, or new transportation-related needs. * Conduct supervision visits to plants, carrier bases, and route control points to verify proper service delivery. * Coordinate periodic meetings with transportation companies to provide feedback and identify continuous improvement actions in transportation services. * Supervise carriers' capabilities to ensure consistent responsiveness to end customers. * Monitor daily strict adherence to distribution schedules, promptly alerting any deviations from the plan. * Warn of external situations that could affect distribution schedules (consumption deviations, carrier issues, road blockages, plant and warehouse problems). * Hold meetings with various plants and warehouses to understand the impact of transportation on loading processes. * Create open forums with colleagues to develop new ideas and work methods, promote teamwork, listen to their requirements and needs, recognize achievements, and foster accountability. * Provide training and feedback to transportation providers regarding logistical processes, new procedures, and regulations governing the entire distribution chain. * **Requirements:** * Preferably 5 years of experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain departments * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields * Knowledge of logistics processes * Intermediate-level SAP knowledge preferred.
