We are currently looking for top talent to fill the following position: **MECHANICAL WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Diagnose and resolve mechanical problems (forklifts, vans, trucks, and tow tractors). \- Repair and maintenance of engines, transmissions, brake systems, suspension systems, steering systems, and electrical systems. \- Use diagnostic tools and equipment such as automotive scanners and lifts (if applicable). \- Knowledge of workshop safety procedures. \- Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized equipment. \- Understanding of automotive or mechanical systems and components specific to the work field. \- Familiarity with service manuals and electrical diagrams. \- Ability to communicate effectively with customers to explain necessary repairs and associated costs. \- Document management, including reports, work orders, logs, delivery records, and checklists. \- Ability to produce technical-mechanical documentation. \- Collaboration with other team members in a workshop environment. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical studies in automotive mechanics. \- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in automotive mechanics or other mechanical fields, such as forklift equipment mechanics. \- Familiarity with a variety of vehicles or equipment (vans, trucks, and forklifts). \- Class AII driver's license. \- Forklift operation course (desirable, not mandatory). \- Availability to work in AREQUIPA and make occasional trips to Cusco, Juliaca, Moquegua, Tacna, Mollendo, Camaná, and Huaura. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment with all statutory benefits (Essalud, paid vacations, bonuses, profit sharing, uniform, etc.) **SCHEDULE:** \- Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- 1-hour lunch break \- Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **COMPENSATION:** \- BASE SALARY S/ 2\.600,00 \- MEAL ALLOWANCE S/ 250,00 \- TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE S/ 150,00 \- TOTAL S/ 3\.000,00 Job type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,000\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site job
