Position Description Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by their business unit/department, according to guidelines provided by their supervisor, aiming to improve through their work both decision-making processes and project execution, contributing professional performance that adds value to the internal client. They are responsible for managing and communicating sustainability within the organization as well as towards shareholders, investors, and consumers of services/products. Activities included are: raising awareness within the organization about the importance of being a sustainable organization; preparing reports required by the company and interest groups; communicating and promoting the sustainability actions carried out by the organization to consumers; planning the sustainability and environmental strategy by generating indicators for monitoring; communicating progress made by the company on established indicators; engaging with interest groups to communicate and undertake further actions toward achieving a sustainable organization. Candidate Requirements POSITION: QUALITY COORDINATOR OBJECTIVES: Lead quality across all stages of project development in coordination with all involved parties, as the person responsible for quality. REQUIREMENTS:* PROFESSIONAL DEGREE: Graduate, licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Architect. * WORK EXPERIENCE General Experience: 8 years of general experience applicable to all types of projects or positions related to their profession. (Starting from professional licensure) Specific Experience: 4 years of experience as manager and/or coordinator and/or specialist and/or responsible person and/or head and/or supervisor in quality and/or quality assurance and/or control and/or quality assurance in buildings. *(Only includes jobs or functions corresponding to the purpose of the contract or position; experiences that, although professional, have no direct relation to the specific service required are excluded.)** WORK LOCATION: AREQUIPA FUNCTIONS:* Lead quality management throughout all stages of the hospital project, ensuring that construction, design, and supervision processes comply with standards established in the contract, current regulations, and industry best practices. * Design and implement quality plans, procedures, and controls to verify compliance with technical specifications, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across all involved areas. * Coordinate with site teams, supervision, and management to ensure proper application of quality plans, anticipating potential deviations and proposing corrective actions to guarantee final product compliance. * Supervise the execution of inspections, tests, and control records, ensuring process traceability and delivery of documentation supporting compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. * Report periodically on quality management results to management and the client, ensuring transparency and reliability in meeting project objectives.
