Candidate Requirements ACCIONA, within its Industrial business, requires hiring an SSOMA Manager for one of our projects in Ica/Cajamarca: Responsibilities: * Implement the Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental (SSTMA) program to control risks present in project execution activities. * Develop and implement the SSTMA training program for the project to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, raise awareness and sensitivity among organizational staff, and guarantee that personnel possess the minimum required training. * Implement, review, approve and update Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (IPER) matrices to ensure up-to-date matrices and continuous improvement of safety, occupational health and environmental management systems. * Ensure that contractor companies are certified to work with the organization, thereby verifying and enforcing compliance with legal SSTMA regulations and preventing incidents. * Conduct and ensure proper investigation of accidents and incidents involving the organization and contractors, and prepare reports to identify root causes and propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence, while also verifying implementation and effectiveness of those measures. * Assume and support SSTMA management during internal, external, corporate audits, and client inspections to demonstrate implementation of the management system. * Other duties inherent to the position. Profile: * Degree holder and duly registered member of a professional association in engineering disciplines in general. * Seven years’ experience in this role, preferably in the construction sector, particularly in transmission line and substation projects. * Master’s degree or postgraduate diploma in Occupational Safety and Health and/or ISO 45001 standard. * Availability to work under non-standard employment arrangements.
