Requirements * Graduated, licensed, and registered nurse with more than 3 years of experience * Preferably with studies in Health Management * Proficient in Office software and healthcare platforms (HIS/ERPs) * Experience leading nursing teams specialized in Home or Out-of-hospital Care * Excellent communication skills, teamwork, stress management, and ability to identify improvement opportunities and make timely decisions.
