Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Supervisor to manage, optimize, and control the logistics dispatch operation for fast-moving consumer goods, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Supervises staff, resolves incidents, and handles customer complaints Distribuidora Escocesa SRL, a Peruvian company based in Arequipa, is looking for top talent to join our team. **DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR – FAST-MOVING CONSUMER GOODS** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, supervise, and control daily dispatch and distribution operations. * Review geographic territory segmentation and update delivery routes. * Design KPIs for distribution, performance, and efficiency. * Optimize and balance loads. * Manage and control services associated with logistics operations. * Conduct ongoing monitoring of vehicles, deliveries, incidents, and route compliance. * Supervise document returns, settlements, and operational compliance. * Assign delivery assistants to vehicles daily and verify assignments. * Resolve customer complaints within designated timeframes and issue corrective action reports. * Address incidents arising from unforeseen events (heavy traffic, accidents, vehicle breakdowns). * Verify uniform appearance and proper use of authorized personal protective equipment (PPE). * Implement improvements and controls to optimize operations. * Personnel management **REQUIREMENTS:** 1 year of experience in similar positions and/or experience in the beverage or fast-moving consumer goods sector Technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields and/or minimum 1 year of experience monitoring and/or supervising delivery teams. Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency Availability to work full-time, Monday through Saturday **WE OFFER:** Fixed salary + commissions + mobility bonus 100% statutory benefits (year-end bonuses, CTS, vacation pay, statutory life insurance, family allowance, ESSALUD health insurance) Salary: S/.1,800.00 – S/.2,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
