Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse technician for an underground mining operation, responsible for inventory control, material management, and warehouse organization. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous training *The MAXPALA Mining Unit* is an underground mining operation dedicated to the extraction of polymetallic minerals, primarily gold, silver, lead, and copper, conducting its activities under safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility standards. **Requirements:** ✅ Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. ✅ Completed secondary education with proven experience in warehouses and inventory management. ✅ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouses, storerooms, or magazines within the mining or industrial sector. ✅ Knowledge of inventory control and handling of physical and digital Kardex systems. ✅ Familiarity with 5S standards for warehouse organization. ✅ Basic knowledge of mining materials, tools, PPE, and spare parts. ✅ Basic knowledge of hazardous materials (MATPEL) storage. ✅ Availability to work under the mining work regime. **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Control the entry and exit of tools, materials, PPE, and spare parts. ✅ Issue materials to personnel using authorized requisition slips. ✅ Maintain the warehouse orderly and organized according to 5S standards. ✅ Conduct periodic physical inventories and monitor stock levels. ✅ Apply the FIFO system for proper material rotation. ✅ Record damaged materials, losses, and returns. ✅ Generate purchase requests when products reach minimum stock levels. ✅ Ensure the preservation, security, and appropriate storage of company assets. **Benefits:** * 14x7 work schedule * Formal employment with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * Transportation from Arequipa to the Mining Unit and return * Meals and accommodation provided * Professional development opportunity * Excellent work environment * Continuous training **Remuneration:** \- Salary: S/80 \- Bonus: S/200 * **Send documented CV \+ Adult Certificate to:** conectandotalentoscv@gmail.com * **Contact:** 928 321 306 Workplace: On-site employment
