We are looking for the best young professional to join our team as an **Operations Assistant** in the city of Arequipa. **Requirements** * Ongoing or completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields * Skills: leadership, working under pressure, communication, teamwork * Class A1 driver's license **Responsibilities** * Preparation of purchase/service orders * Requesting quotations from suppliers and coordinating purchases * Invoice registration and purchase settlement * Preparation of shipping guides * Requesting personnel/vehicle access to plant * Recording attendance, transportation, and employee allowances * Preparation of supporting industrial safety documentation * Coordinating with clients for service closure * Searching and contacting new clients * Organizing documentation * Other required duties **Conditions** * Full-time/Part-time schedule according to availability * Industrial safety training * Continuous training Job type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship Work location: On-site employment
