Job stability and a positive work environment. **Example of Your Typical Day** A typical day in this role involves planning and monitoring outages, preparing and reviewing quarterly reports, tracking key maintenance dates, and using tools such as Tableau, OnePM, and Salesforce. You will also spend time analyzing performance, conducting quarterly reviews, and keeping the contract repository up to date. **How You’ll Stand Out** * You will help monitor deadlines, update calendars, and alert the team when delay risks arise—contributing to keeping projects on track. * You will support data updates and quality assurance in Tableau, OnePM, and Salesforce, ensuring information is well-organized, complete, and ready for reporting and analysis. * You will collaborate on preparing the Quarterly Project Management Performance Review by gathering relevant metrics, documents, and insights to evaluate portfolio performance. * You will ensure documents are properly organized, classified, and version-controlled, facilitating traceability for the team. * You will contribute fresh ideas, support standardization of formats, and help increase efficiency and clarity across departmental operations. * You will support meetings, take notes, prepare presentations, and organize key information—strengthening your communication and coordination skills. **What You Bring** * Currently enrolled in the 7th semester or beyond in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering. * Intermediate-to-Advanced proficiency in English. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). * Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, and/or Salesforce. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn about the energy business. * Ability to work in a hybrid model with interdisciplinary teams. **About the Team** The Project Management Office (PMO) team functions as a strategic and operational unit within the organization, dedicated to ensuring excellence in project execution, process standardization, and proper integration of methods, tools, and knowledge.
