




Required Profile Academic level: Technical or University Majors: Administration and/or Accounting Specific experience: Minimum 3 years in payroll and human resources management roles Responsibilities: Responsible for the induction process, compliance with the annual training plan, and indicator management. Support in conducting employee climate surveys and developing action plans. Payroll and social benefits calculation, filing of PDT Plame, AFP, social benefit provisions, accounting reports, etc. Comprehensive contract management: alerts, issuance, tracking of contract returns. Prepare the employee vacation schedule to guide leaders in each area regarding their team members' vacation status. Support in preparing documents for the HR/Administration department. Provide support in document review tasks and internal audits. ERP STARSOFT Office (advanced level) Desirable: Specialization in Human Resources Knowledge of labor inspections and tax legislation Knowledge of occupational health and safety, salary policy, and workplace sexual harassment.
