Position Summary: We are seeking a Process Control Analyst to ensure quality and traceability in industrial production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for verifying equipment and conducting raw material analysis. 2. Maintains batch traceability and complies with company regulations. 3. Prepares chemical solutions for quality control analysis. Our client, a prominent local company located in the Arequipa (Cercado) market and distinguished in the industrial sector, is searching for top talent to fill the position of PROCESS CONTROL ANALYST · REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education: Technical degree, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in industrial chemistry or related fields. Minimum experience: 6 months in similar positions. Availability: Immediate. Residence in areas near the Cercado Industrial Park. · SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday. Morning shift: 4:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Afternoon shift: 12:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. Night shift: 8:45 p.m. to 5:15 a.m. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify that plant equipment and process equipment are verified and/or calibrated according to requirements. Report deviations or failures in control instruments. Conduct raw material analyses (fats, soda, brine, water) prior to entering the process. Maintain traceability of each production batch with its records. Comply with company regulations and procedures. Comply with internal work policies, regulations, and processes established by General Management. Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Approve pallets.
