




RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure the optimal operation of the store, complying with cleanliness, service, and safety standards. * Supervise, train, evaluate, and manage operational staff. * Prepare and submit reports (operational, commercial, administrative) established by the company. * Comply with the company's Process Manual and Internal Work Regulations. * Attend to, resolve, and follow up on customer inquiries and complaints. * Cash register reconciliation and balancing. * Inventory control. * Meet sales targets. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Technical or University degree in Administration, Finance, Psychology, Communications, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. EXPERIENCE: 1 year of experience in similar positions (Responsible, Manager, Coordinator, and/or Supervisor) COMPETENCIES: Leadership, planning, teamwork, proactivity, responsibility, customer orientation. WORKING CONDITIONS: * Schedule: Monday to Sunday within the range of 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (48 weekly hours, with one day off per week) * Microenterprise payroll (2 bonuses per year as gratification) Job type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,300.00 per month Work location: On-site
