We seek a Commercial Supervisor with leadership skills, effective communication, and negotiation capabilities to contribute to our company’s growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Client prospecting, outreach, and follow-up. * Supervision, coordination, and guidance of the sales team. * Customer retention and payment tracking. * Coordination of promotional activities and market initiatives. * Management and supervision of commercial department personnel. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in sales, customer service, or commercial management. * Existing client portfolio (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of sales strategies. * Knowledge of quality management (preferred). **Skills:** * Effective communication. * Negotiation ability. * Leadership and personnel management. * Results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Formal employment. * Market-competitive salary. * Professional development in a growing company. * Opportunity for continuous learning in the industrial sector.
