HIGH SPIRITS DESIGNS is seeking a highly qualified and experienced textile dyeing specialist to supervise dyeing operations at our manufacturing plant in Arequipa. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of dyeing processes. This position is essential for ensuring the quality of our wool felt bell production and requires sourcing, evaluating, and selecting products from dye supplier companies, as well as direct collaboration with them to create high-quality color formulas meeting market demands. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Create and register all color formulas. * Coordinate color priorities with the production manager. * Carry out dyeing operations, covering the entire process from solution preparation to post-treatments. * Operate and supervise dyeing machines, ensuring compliance with procedures. * Supervise dyeing processes and record relevant information on the corresponding forms. * Coordinate machine availability, operate laboratory equipment, and deliver finished samples to the polishing and finishing area. * Test new methods and dyes and recommend their use as necessary to achieve high-quality colors. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and maintenance of the laboratory and dyeing equipment. REQUIREMENTS \* Degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Textile Chemistry Technician, or related field. \* Experience: 1 year. \* Knowledge of dyeing processes using reactive and acid dyes. \* Knowledge of preparation of dyes and auxiliary solutions. \* Availability to work in Arequipa.
