Contracting company is currently seeking a Shift Mine Supervisor who meets the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS \- Graduate and licensed Mining Engineer \- Minimum of 03 years of experience in the position \- Knowledge of conventional mining methods RESPONSIBILITIES \- Supervise underground mining activities within assigned zones to ensure achievement of planned tonnage and targeted ore grade. \- Supervise exploitation and production processes to reduce dilution percentage in the assigned zone. \- Jointly plan with the immediate supervisor the development of the Weekly Production Schedule and progress of mining operations in the zone. \- Ensure compliance with the Daily Production Schedule and/or progress targets for the zone, as well as correct implementation of methods during operational development. \- Report daily, weekly production results and program compliance to the immediate supervisor. \- Other duties inherent to the position.
