Job Summary: Advise and train livestock producers on animal nutrition while managing the customer portfolio and promoting inputs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advisory and training services in animal nutrition 2. Customer portfolio management and prospecting for new clients 3. Photographic reporting and route sheet preparation We are a company with over 20 years of presence in the Peruvian market and have established ourselves as one of the country's leading producers and distributors of animal feed inputs. **Requirements:** · Degree in Animal Science and/or Veterinary Medicine. · Knowledge of sales techniques and/or sales experience · Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions · Valid driver's license for automobiles (Mandatory) · Willingness to work in the field (La Joya, Mollendo) (Mandatory) · Profile oriented toward organization, proactivity, and responsibility. **Main Functions:** ● Advise and train producers and/or breeders on nutrition and feeding. ● Contact key producers and/or breeders in La Joya and Mollendo. ● Collect information from each producer and/or breeder. ● Design and implement a visit plan targeting various producers and/or breeders. ● Identify potential customers using available information sources. ● Offer products by reviewing the current price list and promotions. ● Respond to any customer inquiries or objections. ● Follow up on collections from credit-based customers. ● Monitor order fulfillment from initiation to completion. ● Conduct photographic reporting on product positioning. ● Prepare the monthly visit route sheet at the beginning of each month. ● Process customer credit line requests. ● Receive complaints or claims and follow up on their resolution. ● Complete cash collection receipts and receive cash payments for sales. **●** Deposit non-bankable invoices and/or receipts on the same day cash is received. **Benefits:** · Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (year-end bonus, Compensatory Time Savings fund, vacation, EsSalud, mandatory life insurance). · Commissions. · Timely payment. · Annual profit-sharing.
