**What are your main responsibilities?** Coordinate, manage, and supervise the personnel enabling process, ensuring employees have the necessary resources, requirements, and training courses; as well as maintaining control over their periodic updates (annual, monthly or others). **What are your secondary responsibilities?** * **Strengthen staff loyalty with FH Ingenieros**, promoting their participation in future plant shutdowns and/or client-requested projects. * **Verify the accuracy of information** registered in the FH Ingenieros personnel database. * **Prepare and manage onboarding files** for both new company personnel and client-specific requirements. * **Supervise CAMO updates** in coordination with the occupational physician through the Web Control platform. * **Manage issuance of medical passes, internal licenses, and credentials** for high-risk work. * **Generate a weekly report** on personnel undergoing the enabling process to track the status of each assigned employee. * **Coordinate scheduling of general induction and specific trainings** requested by the client. * **Create and maintain an updated database of active personnel**, including current courses and EMOs. * **Update personnel information in company systems**, ensuring a complete and organized history. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Human Resources Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * At least 1 year of experience in the mining sector. * Residence in Arequipa. * Immediate availability. * Experience in personnel enabling processes at the Las Bambas mining project.
