Compliance with safety and quality standards **Civil Assistant – TIA MARIA SOUTHERN Project\- Arequipa** Provide operational support in civil construction activities, collaborating with the construction team in preparation, execution, and general support tasks, while complying with the company's established safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support civil construction work on site. * Basic handling of hand tools and equipment. * Loading, unloading, and transportation of materials. * Support to technical staff and workers. * Compliance with safety regulations and use of PPE. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in civil construction. * Basic knowledge of hand tool usage. * Physical stamina and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work in **Arequipa**. * Availability for a **21x7 schedule (Monday to Friday)**. **Position Conditions:** * Salary: **S/ 2,600** * Employment regime: **Civil Construction (payroll according to law)** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, **7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * Duration: **3 months** (with possibility of renewal) **The company provides:** * Meals * Accommodation * Per diems * Transportation Lima – Arequipa – Lima * Medical examinations (in Lima) * Full PPE **Immediate start**.
