Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Production Technician to manage material flow, supervise operations, ensure the accuracy of records, and coordinate daily production activities while maintaining order and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of production processes and industrial operations. 2. Supervision and coordination of operational staff in production. 3. Inventory management and quality control in manufacturing. Academic Qualifications * Technician in Industrial Processes, Food Technology, Industrial Production, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: * Industrial Production Processes * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Process and Operations Control * Production Record Management * Intermediate Excel Key Responsibilities: * Request and record the daily requirements of raw materials, intermediate products, packaging, and labeling materials to execute the production schedule. * Accurately record the transfer of finished goods to the Finished Goods Warehouse supervisor. * Coordinate with the warehouse department to maintain appropriate stock levels of raw materials, intermediate products, packaging, and labeling materials required for production. * Coordinate the quantity of envelopes to be labeled and printed to meet the production schedule. * Supervise operational staff to ensure adherence to the production schedule. * Report equipment and machinery failures or malfunctions to the Maintenance Department and follow up until resolution. * Ensure proper completion of production forms. * Monitor production timelines. * Responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in production areas. * Report daily production progress to the immediate supervisor.
