Job Summary: We are seeking housekeeping staff to ensure the impeccable preparation of rooms and areas for guest comfort. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned rooms and areas 2. Ensure guest comfort with immaculate rooms 3. Report defects and forgotten items according to protocol We are looking for top talent to fill the position of **Housekeeping Staff** at a prominent hotel located in the Yanahuara district. **Job Objective:** Ensure that assigned rooms and areas remain immaculate, clean, orderly, and fully ready for guest reception and comfort, meeting the hotel's quality standards. Requirements * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in related positions (hotel cleaning, hostels, tourist apartments, or similar). * **Location:** Availability to work in **Yanahuara** (as reference, two blocks from Av. Ejército). What will be your responsibilities? * Perform deep cleaning and organize rooms (both occupied and vacated). * Make beds and change bed linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers) accordingly. * Clean, disinfect, and properly restock bathrooms. * Restock daily amenities, towels, and necessary supplies in each room. * Verify basic functionality of room equipment (lights, TV, water, etc.) and report any defects to the maintenance department. * Immediately report guest-forgotten items according to hotel protocol. * Maintain cleanliness and order in hallways, common areas, and assigned zones. * Timely inform the front desk about rooms already ready for new occupancy. Work Schedule and Shift * **Working Hours:** 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (fixed morning shift). * **Workweek:** 6x1 (six working days per week with one rotating day off from Monday to Sunday, subject to prior coordination). What do we offer? (Salary and Benefits) * **Base Salary:** S/. 1,250.00 monthly. * **Legal Benefits:** Payroll enrollment under the **PYME / MYPE** regime (including 50% bonus and 50% CTS).
