**IN-PERSON VIRTUAL STORE ADVISOR** We are seeking a Virtual Store Advisor for Claro Peru, available to work in person in Los Olivos (or Surquillo), under a service contract by location for the first three months. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Valid Peruvian national ID (DNI); foreign applicants must hold a valid CE (Carné de Extranjería) * Experience in sales via call center or in-person settings * Experience in number portability within the telecommunications industry * Willingness to learn and passion for sales * Availability to work in person in LOS OLIVOS **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Respond to customers interested in Claro products who have already registered via the website and/or other channels. * Make outbound calls to potential customers to secure sales. * Present product benefits and close sales. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday through Saturday, 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM (30-minute break) **BENEFITS:** * Payroll registration (RxH) for the first three months * Career development opportunities **SCHEDULE AND WORK MODALITY:** * Monday through Sunday (Fixed Sunday rest day during the first month) * In-person modality * Schedule: 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM **COMPENSATION OFFER:** * Base salary: S/1130 + Mobility Bonus: S/100 + Retention Bonus + Unlimited Variable Bonus **TRAINING:** Short, paid training: 3 theoretical days \*You will receive S/60 for each of the 3 theoretical days. *And on the fourth day, you’ll be under contract and begin your OJT!* * Training schedule: 3:00 AM to 8:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/1,130.00 – S/1,500.00 per month Application questions: * In which district do you reside? * Please provide your current mobile phone number. * Do you have sales experience? * Do you have experience in telecommunications? * We have another location—do you prefer Los Olivos or Surquillo? * Are you available to work in Los Olivos under RxH modality for 3 months (MYPE starting in the 4th month)?
