




On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, we are seeking: **(1) Technical Support – Punta Negra** **What are we looking for?** * Technicians or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Technical Support Specialist. * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux). * Knowledge of installation and configuration of peripheral devices. * Knowledge of and/or experience with PDAs (similar to barcode scanners). (Desirable) * Must reside in Punta Negra or neighboring districts. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Configuration of Windows operating systems. * Performing logical and physical maintenance of computers, printers, and laptops. * Printer configuration. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices. * Configuration and connection of computers to computer networks. * Performing user data backups. * Validating installers in applications. * Recording the company’s sales transactions. * Conducting inventories. **What do we offer?** * Direct employment under the General Payroll of the consulting firm. * On-site work mode – Punta Negra (located at Km 45.5 on the Southern Pan-American Highway). * Rotating schedule: Monday–Sunday – 48 hours per week, between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, with one day off per week. * Monthly remuneration: PEN 1,600. * Availability to work on holidays, with compensation as stipulated by law. * SCTR (Workers’ Occupational Risk Insurance).
